Taxonomy
Narkeminuta permiana was named by Aristov (2013). Its type specimen is PIN 1211/1, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kedrovka (PIN collection 1211), which is in a Kungurian terrestrial horizon in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Narkeminuta.
