Taxonomy
Telenomus (Telenomus) oculus was named by Kononova (2013). Its type specimen is IZ NASU K-1633, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Rovno Amber, Klesov locality (SIZK K collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Ukraine.
