Rhamphidia minuta

Taxonomy

Rhamphidia minuta was named by Loew (1850) [Specimen is neotype]. Its type specimen is MZ 7895, an exoskeleton (male fly), and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Berendt collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.

It was recombined as Helius minutus by Krzemiński (1993), Kania (2014).

Synonyms

Antocha succinea was named by Meunier (1906). Its type specimen is Konigsberg 4557, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber, Konigsberg collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.

It was synonymized subjectively with Helius pulcher by Alexander (1931); it was synonymized subjectively with Helius minutus by Krzemiński (1993), Kania (2014).
Helius abditus was named by Krzemiński (1985). Its type specimen is MZ 7895, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (Museum Ziemi collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.

It was synonymized subjectively with Helius minutus by Krzemiński (1993), Kania (2014).
