Anthracomartus carcinoides
Taxonomy
Arthrolycosa carcinoides was named by Fritsch (1899). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Nýřany (Insect Collection), which is in a Moscovian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Kladno Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Brachylycosa.
It was recombined as Brachylycosa carcinoides by Fritsch (1904), Petrunkevitch (1953), Štamberg and Zajíc (2008); it was recombined as Anthracomartus carcinoides by Dunlop et al. (2013).
