Prototama succinea
Taxonomy
Prototama succinea was named by Petrunkevitch (1971). Its type specimen is UCMP 13531 and is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is UCMP B-4117, Simojovel region, which is in a Miocene terrestrial amber in Mexico. It is the type species of Prototama.
