Neoparadoxia repenningi
Taxonomy
Paleoparadoxia repenningi was named by Domning and Barnes (2007). Its type specimen is UCMP 81302, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, which is in a Serravallian coastal sandstone in the Ladera Formation of California.
It was recombined as Neoparadoxia repenningi by Barnes (2013), Matsui (2017) and Matsui and Tsuihiji (2019).
