Plesiobittacus primigenius
Taxonomy
Plesiobittacus primigenius was named by Novokshonov (1997). Its type specimen is PIN 3073/359, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Sai-Sagul, Shurab III (PIN collection 3073), which is in a Toarcian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Sagul Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
