Ferganoxyela sogdiana
Taxonomy
Ferganoxyela sogdiana was named by Rasnitsyn (1969). Its type specimen is PIN 2555/1752, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Madygen, PIN collection 2555, Dzhailoucho area, which is in a Ladinian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Madygen Formation of Kyrgyzstan. It is the type species of Ferganoxyela.
