Bibio sadoensis

Taxonomy
Bibio sadoensis was named by Fujiyama (1985). Its type specimen is NSM-PA12383, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Seki, Sado Island, which is in a Miocene terrestrial siliciclastic in the Masaragawa Formation of Japan.
