Taxonomy
Lachnus dryoides was named by Germar and Berendt (1856). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Berendt collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.
It was recombined as Germaraphis dryoides by Heie (1967), Heie (1969), Heie (1969), Heie (1971), Wegierek (1990); it was recombined as Germaraphis (Germaraphis) dryoides by Heie and Wegierek (2011), Favret (2012).
