Namurotarbus roessleri
Taxonomy
Archaeomartus roessleri was named by Dunlop and Brauckmann (2006). Its type specimen is WMfN P21 046, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Hagen-Vorhalle quarry (Westfalisches Landesmuseum collection), which is in a Marsdenian estuary/bay shale/sandstone in Germany. It is the type species of Namurotarbus.
It was recombined as Namurotarbus roessleri by Poschmann and Dunlop (2010) and Dunlop et al. (2013).
