Xyelula benderi
Taxonomy
Xyelula benderi was named by Rasnitsyn et al. (2003). Its type specimen is LGB 112, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Klein Lehmhagen pit, Grimmen (Bender collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore shale in Germany.
