Taxonomy
Alloambria infelicis was named by Kania and Wegierek (2005). Its type specimen is MCZ 7131, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Cedar Lake (MCZ collection), which is in a Campanian terrestrial amber in Canada.
