Stemmogaster celata
Taxonomy
Stemmogaster celata was named by Zhang (1985). Its type specimen is Shandong Provincial Museum L85113, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Tuanwang, Laiyang City (Shandong Prov. Museum coll.), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large shale in the Laiyang Formation of China. It is the type species of Stemmogaster.
