Permocicada beipiaoensis
Taxonomy
Permocicada beipiaoensis was named by Wang (1987). Its type specimen is Shenyang Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources SG150004, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Xiaonianjiazi, Batuyingzi (Shenyang collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian terrestrial mudstone in the Haifanggou Formation of China.
