Acanthocephalonotum martinsnetoi
Taxonomy
Acanthocephalonotum martinsnetoi was named by Petrulevičius and Popov (2014). Its type specimen is MAPBAR 4137, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Quarry RP3, Río Pichileufú, which is in a Lutetian crater lake mudstone in the Ventana Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Acanthocephalonotum.
