Taxonomy
Rovenosa rasnitsyni was named by Khalaim (2011). Its type specimen is SIZK K-4152, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Rovno Amber, Klesov locality (SIZK K collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Ukraine.
