Taxonomy
Indusia suguioi was named by Martins-Neto (1989). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is GP/1T-1641, an other (caddis case), and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Santa Fe farm, Padre Eterno, Taubaté municipality (IG/USP collection), which is in a Chattian lacustrine - large shale in the Tremembé Formation of Brazil.
