Samarkandykia ryzhkovae

Taxonomy
Samarkandykia ryzhkovae was named by Kopylov (2014). Its type specimen is PIN 5343/8, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Madygen, PIN collection 5343, Dzhailoucho area, which is in a Ladinian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Madygen Formation of Kyrgyzstan. It is the type species of Samarkandykia.
