Taxonomy
Kratosopsylla uncipoda was named by Lin (1992). Its type specimen is NIGP 94879, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is PV-2, Xiewaibagou, Jiutai County, which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Yingcheng Formation of China. It is the type species of Kratosopsylla.
