Pipestoneia douglassi
Taxonomy
Pipestoneia douglassi was named by Tabrum and Métais (2007). Its type specimen is CM 72589, a maxilla (partial right maxilla with P2–M3.), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pipestone Springs, which is in a Chadronian terrestrial claystone in the Renova Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Pipestoneia.
