Duraznoscarta ramosa
Taxonomy
Duraznoscarta ramosa was named by Lara and Wang (2016). Its type specimen is IANIGLA-PI 3028, a tegmen, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Quebrada del Durazno, Cerro Cacheuta (IANIGLA collection), which is in a Carnian lacustrine delta plain shale in the Potrerillos Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Duraznoscarta.
