Taxonomy
Zoraida was named by Kirkaldy (1900). It is extant. It is the type genus of Zoraidini, Zoraidinae.

It was assigned to Derbidae by Stroinski and Szwedo (2002), Szwedo et al. (2004); and to Zoraidini by Dmitriev (2020), Emeljanov and Shcherbakov (2020).
