Elmerriggsia fieldia
Taxonomy
Elmerriggsia fieldia was named by Shockey et al. (2012). Its type specimen is FMNH P 13386, a maxilla, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pico Truncado, which is in a Deseadan terrestrial horizon in the Sarmiento Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Elmerriggsia.
