Floridictis kerneri
Taxonomy
Floridictis kerneri was named by Baskin (2017). Its type specimen is UF 246333, a mandible (right mandibular ramus with p2–m1 and i3, c1, p1, m2 alveoli.), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Miller Locality, which is in a Hemingfordian terrestrial horizon in Florida. It is the type species of Floridictis.
