Taklamakania xinjiangensis
Taxonomy
Xinjiangia xinjiangensis was named by Zhang (1981). Its type specimen is GSXU-XTR 305, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Nanshanaspis xinjiangensis by Zhang in Zhou (1995); it was recombined as Taklamakania xinjiangensis by Zhang (1988), Zhou et al. (2014).
