Boltonimecia canadensis

Taxonomy
Sphecomyrma canadensis was named by Wilson (1985). Its type specimen is CAS 330, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (CNC July 1971 collection), which is in a Campanian terrestrial amber in the Foremost Formation of Canada.

It was recombined as Boltonimecia canadensis by Borysenko (2017), Boudinot et al. (2020).
