Luanpingia daohugouensis

Taxonomy
Luanpingia daohugouensis was named by Fu et al. (2018). Its type specimen is NIGP 166023, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou, Beigou outcrop (NIGP collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
