Orthobittacus abshiricus
Taxonomy
Neorthophlebia abshirica was named by Martynova (1951). It is an impression. Its type locality is Kyzyl-Kiya, outcrop 1033, bed 33, which is in a Pliensbachian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in Kyrgyzstan. It is the type species of Orthobittacus.
It was recombined as Orthobittacus abshirica by Willmann (1989); it was recombined as Orthobittacus abshiricus by Kopeć et al. (2018).
