Iputaspis stepnyakensis
Taxonomy
Iputaspis stepnyakensis was named by McCobb and Popov (2017). Its type specimen is NMW 2015.31G.29, a cephalon/head (Internal mould of lower lamella of fringe), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is F-524 - Section north of Lake Atansor, which is in a Katian marine limestone in the Mayatas Formation of Kazakhstan.
