Arcius fuscus
Taxonomy
Phenacolemur fuscus was named by Russell et al. (1967). Its type specimen is MU 6507, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP V6167, Mutigny quarry, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial horizon in the Lignites de Soissonais Formation of France.
It was recombined as Arcius fuscus by López-Torres and Silcox (2018).
