Christometra paradoxa
Taxonomy
Christometra paradoxa was named by Pêgas et al. (2017). Its type specimen is MPSC I1245, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (Regional University of Cariri LPU/MPSC collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Christometra.
