Taxonomy
Postopsyllidium grimaldii was named by Hakim et al. (2019). Its type specimen is NIGP168892, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
