Taxonomy
Grevenobos antiquus was named by Cregut-Bonnoure and Tsoukala (2017). Its type specimen is MIL 401a, a partial skull (braincase with right horn-core), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Milia 5 (=MIL 5), which is in a Pliocene fluvial sandstone in Greece. It is the type species of Grevenobos.
