Eocenocydnus lisi

Taxonomy
Eocenocydnus lisi was named by Popov (2019). Its type specimen is IWCMS.2012.574, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Bembridge Marls (MIWG collection), which is in a Priabonian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Bouldnor Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Eocenocydnus.
