Rodcania kakan
Taxonomy
Rodcania kakan was named by Gelfo et al. (2020). Its type specimen is PVL 7583, a mandible (left dentary with m2–3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Aguas Chiquitas, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Río Loro Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Rodcania.
