Maculaferrum blaisi
Taxonomy
Maculaferrum blaisi was named by Demers-Potvin et al. (2020). Its type specimen is RMIP 2018.18.24, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Redmond No. 1, Knob Lake District (Redpath Museum/MPE collection), which is in a Cenomanian marginal marine claystone in the Redmond Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Maculaferrum.
