Watay tabutsigwii (weasel)
Taxonomy
Watay tabutsigwii was named by McLaughlin et al. (2016). Its type specimen is JODA 15060, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is JDNM 267 Hawk Rim Main locality, which is in a Hemingfordian terrestrial sandstone in the Mascall Formation of Oregon. It is the type species of Watay.
