Taxonomy
Belinurus kiltorkensis was named by Baily (1870). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kiltorkan Quarry, which is in a Famennian fluvial siltstone in the Kiltorcan Formation of Ireland.
It was recombined as Bellinurus kiltorkensis by Woodward (1918).
