Prestwichianella bifida
Taxonomy
Euproops bifidus was named by Siegfried (1972). Its type specimen is GPI Universität Münster B 7135, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Preußag dump, road from Ibbenbüren to Hopsten, which is in a Westphalian C fluvial-lacustrine shale in Germany.
It was recombined as Prestwichianella bifida by Lamsdell (2020).
