Taxonomy
Decessia podenasi was named by Krzemiński et al. (2021). Its type specimen is ISEA MP/4067, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber (ISEA Krakow collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Decessia.
