Hypsotsijilia bretoni
Taxonomy
Hypsotsijilia bretoni was named by Cifuentes-Ruiz and Brailovsky (2021). Its type specimen is IHNFG-5960, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Mexican amber, Campo La Granja (IHNFG collection), which is in a Miocene terrestrial amber in the La Quinta Formation of Mexico. It is the type species of Hypsotsijilia.
