Proxyelia pankowskii
Taxonomy
Proxyelia pankowskii was named by Jouault et al. (2021). Its type specimen is FOBU14313, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Clear Creek valley, west of Kemmerer, which is in a Wasatchian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Green River Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Proxyelia.
