Bridelioxylon kraeuselii
Taxonomy
Euphorbioxylon kraeuseli was named by Prakash (1959). Its type specimen is BSIP 5587 of Prakash 1950, a wood, and it is a 3D fossil preserving soft parts. Its type locality is Keria, Chhindwara, which is in a Paleogene lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal horizon in the Deccan Intertrappean Formation of India.
It was recombined as Bridelioxylon kraeuselii by Mädel (1962), Lakhanpal et al. (1976); it was recombined as Bridelioxylon krauselii by Wheeler et al. (2017).
