Xanthopimpla crescendae
Taxonomy
Xanthopimpla crescendae was named by Klopfstein (2022). Its type specimen is FUR-11214, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Klitgården, Mors (Rettig collection), which is in a Ypresian offshore ramp diatomite/volcaniclastic in the Fur Formation of Denmark.
