Tonopahella walcotti
Taxonomy
Kochina walcotti was named by Sundberg and McCollum (2000). Its type specimen is USNM 497954, a cephalon/head (nearly complete shield), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Litho #1, Split Mountain East Section, which is in a Delamaran offshore shale/mudstone in the Emigrant Formation of Nevada.
It was recombined as Tonopahella walcotti by Sundberg and McCollum (2003).
