Sundberg 1994Trachycheilus with moderate size, subpentagonal cranidium with narrow to moderate width anterior border (55-70% frontal area), no median inbend; glabella with deep axial and lateral glabellar furrows, strongly convex, rounded frontal lobe; scattered coarse granular ornamentation; no nodes on posterior border. Pygidium subtriangular with weakly convex or absent anterior pleural bands, strongly developed posterior pleural bands, mod- erately dense medium size granules.
