Butiokeras costae
Taxonomy
Butiokeras costae was named by Burks and Heraty (2020). Its type specimen is AMNH UCRCENT305754, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber (AMNH collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Butiokeras.
