Karoontina magna
Taxonomy
Fletcheriana magna was named by Riek (1976). Its type specimen is C-Dt II 784ab, a forewing (missing clavus & apex), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Bird's River (C-Dt II), which is in a Carnian lacustrine - small shale in the Molteno Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Karoontina.
It was recombined as Karoontina magna by Shcherbakov (2022).
