Taxonomy
Cliffia nicoleae was named by Chatterton (2020). Its type specimen is RBCM-P953, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Site 15. Bull River Valley, which is in a Steptoean deep subtidal mudstone/limestone in Canada.
